03 · FilingsWhat a public filing can and cannot show.
Observations we publish or share about any retirement plan are drawn from that plan's publicly filed Form 5500 and its schedules. Public filings may be incomplete, outdated, or reported inconsistently, and what a filing discloses depends on which form the plan files. A plan review is a reading of a public document, not an audit, an ERISA compliance opinion, or a legal determination, and we confirm findings against plan documents and fee disclosures before relying on them. Sample outputs shown on this site are illustrations, not the results of any specific client engagement.
References to ERISA sections, IRS codes, and Form 5500 feature codes describe our understanding of the rules as of the date shown above. Rules change. Your plan's facts govern.

GlacierWealth, Inc. is a fee-only Registered Investment Adviser, independent since 2001. Registration with any securities authority does not imply a particular level of skill or training, and it does not constitute an endorsement of the firm.
The firm describes itself as an investment counsel firm consistent with §208(c) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940: in plain English, we manage client money ourselves, in-house, rather than outsourcing it. That is a description of practice, not a credential; no regulator confers, reviews, or approves it.

08 · Information practicesWhat we collect, and what we don't do with it.
When you submit a Form 5500 review request or a research access request, we collect only what the form asks for: your company name, your email address, and any note you choose to add. We use it to prepare the review, respond to you, and keep a record of the request.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate this site and our email, and where required by law. This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. Email you send us is stored with our providers; email is not a secure channel, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information by email or through this site. You may ask us to delete a request at any time by writing to the address below.
The firm's Privacy Policy
GlacierWealth, Inc. respects the privacy and security of your personal and financial information. We recognize that you expect us to protect the information you provide and to use it responsibly.
GlacierWealth, Inc. collects information about its clients — such as name, address, Social Security number, assets, and income — from discussions with clients, from documents such as account applications, and in the course of providing services. We limit the collection and use of personal information to what is necessary to administer our business and deliver our investment management service to you, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and procedures that prevent unauthorized access to your information.
GlacierWealth, Inc. uses personal information in ways compatible with the purposes for which we originally requested it: to evaluate your financial needs and objectives, or to provide you with investment management services.
GlacierWealth, Inc. does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone except as required by law. We will disclose nonpublic personal information to others only at your request or with your specific permission. We recognize the obligation to share personal information in the limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under law, or to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities.
GlacierWealth, Inc. requires that all employees with access to personal client information maintain the confidentiality of that information except for business use. We safeguard your nonpublic personal information internally by restricting access to those employees who provide products or services to you, or who need access to service your account. GlacierWealth, Inc. controls and operates this site from its offices in Whitefish, Montana, United States of America. By visiting this site you agree that the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, govern these terms and any dispute arising from your use of this site, and that the state and federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
